Position Overview:

Tuljabhavani Engimech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead and manage our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and goals.
    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR policies and programs.
    • Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change, employee engagement, and company culture.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
    • Develop and execute strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
    • Implement talent development programs, including training, performance management, and career progression.
  3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and effective manner.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and high levels of employee satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess and improve workplace culture and morale.
  4. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Oversee the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and market trends.
    • Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures.
  5. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
    • Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations, updating policies and practices as needed.
    • Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records and HR documentation using ERP systems.
  6. Organizational Development:
    • Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, leadership development, and succession planning.
    • Identify and address organizational development needs and opportunities to enhance overall effectiveness.
    • Support management in developing and implementing organizational structures and processes.
  7. HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize ERP systems to manage and analyze HR data, including workforce metrics, turnover rates, and employee performance.
    • Prepare and present regular HR reports and analyses to senior management.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
  8. Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
    • Develop and implement programs and practices that enhance workplace diversity and create an inclusive environment.
    • Monitor and report on diversity metrics and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Head of HR or in a senior HR management role, with a strong track record in strategic HR leadership.
  • Proficiency in HR software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse HR team.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change, improve employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Experience in a managerial role within a large or multinational organization.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific HR practices and challenges.
