**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Financial Management:**
– Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
– Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
– Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
2. **Budgeting and Forecasting:**
– Develop and manage the company’s budget, including forecasting and financial planning activities.
– Prepare detailed financial forecasts and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
– Monitor budget performance and identify areas for cost control and efficiency improvement.
3. **Compliance and Auditing:**
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
– Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings.
– Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
4. **Taxation:**
– Manage tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations.
– Prepare and file tax returns, and handle tax-related queries and issues.

5. **ERP System Management:**
– Utilize ERP systems to manage and analyze financial data, ensuring accurate input and reporting.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the ERP system.
6. **Financial Reporting:**
– Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

– Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance and key metrics.
7. **Team Management:**
– Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications:**
