Position Overview:

Tuljabhavani Engimech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manager of Planning & Billing to oversee and optimize our corporate planning and billing functions. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with company goals. This role is crucial in driving financial performance and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Lead the corporate financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and scenarios to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  1. Billing Management:
  • Oversee the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
  • Manage billing operations, including account setup, adjustments, and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts and billing specialists.
  • Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in planning, budgeting, and billing functions.
  • Implement best practices and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  1. Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports and analyses to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of financial data and transactions.
  • Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and IT, to align planning and billing activities with business needs.
  • Engage with external partners, vendors, and clients as needed to resolve billing and financial issues.
  1. Market and Industry Analysis:
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting financial planning and billing.
  • Apply industry knowledge to drive strategic initiatives and ensure competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and billing management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and guiding high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, billing systems, Excel, financial modeling tools).
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a corporate finance role within a large or multinational organization.
  • Knowledge of advanced financial planning and analysis (FP&A) techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific billing practices and regulations.
